Jay came to our house and was thorough in his investigation into our mold problem. We know this because our insurance investigator said the same.
Jay was timely in settiing up the removal of the mold. He was very personable in his explanation of what had to be done and how it would be accomplished. He informed us of all the noise problems as well as any inconvenience that we may encounter during the week long restoration.
