After speaking with John Blank, it became clear that we were not dealing with a mold issue.
John provided the three things that must be present for mold. He guided us in the right direction which resulted in us looking to a different vendor for our project.
Although John talked himself out of a job he gained our utmost respect for his integrity.
If anyone should feel that that may have a problem with mold. We would recommend contacting John Blank, with American Enironmental Laboratories.
