Although we are still waiting for the actual test results - since the samples were just taken and sent off on Friday - I cannot say enough about Bill Haile with American Ecotech Corp. His prompt, professional, courteous attention to our situation was amazing! His follow up report was sent to us very quickly - and was extremely thorough -- explaining in detail what needed to be done even before the actual testing results come back.
