Scott was very professional and accomadating in conducting air quality testing on a home we are considering purchasing. He made himself available as a resource well after the results of the test were in. We would highly recommend him.

Danny was very polite and very professional, he took the time to explain his services and I thought was very good at do so. My only thing I would have liked to have been done was to have the abillity to obtain pictures from his fibor optic camera as he didn't have the ability to take pictures of what we were looking at and I would have found great value in having. I rated him as 4 out of 5 for this reason, he did expain the reason why he didn't have it was due to the size of the camera's end not being able to get into tight areas. I feel that he should have had both cameras available to him. Over all I was happy with his results.

He was good. He looked everything over. Upstairs and our basement. It wasn't a mold issue. The last place the inspector checked was our attic. In a matter of seconds once he opened the door in our ceiling to the attic, there was a smell of decomposition of some animal. He felt it was either a chipmunk or a bat. He could not find it. It gets real narrow up there. The smell was blowing down through the fan vent in the bathroom. It is just a really bad odor. He said over time it should go away.

Thank you
