Jim is a very nice man and a competent Assessor. He did the test collecting of samples and sent them to a lab. His report of the results was emailed to me and also sent me a hard copy report in the mail. It was very thorough and well presented. He also recommended to me Victor Cervantes, who did the clean-up and repairs in a very professional manner. I would definately recommend Jim to any customers.
