We went with Mold Detectives because of their promptness to the response, and their professionalism. Mark was great over the phone and sold me with the Mold Dog concept. He treated my wife with the utmost respect, and even remembered that I mentioned that our daughter might be napping when he showed up. He knocked lightly, whispered, and nearly tip-toed when he arrived.
From that point, he was extremely helpful, inisightful, and thorough. He explained thngs very well, and as he noticed potential damage beyond the portion of the basement we were concerned about, he went beyond the scope to assure our safety!
