The employee from the company was there on time, he introduced himself and was very polite. He investigated what was wrong with the window, took the window completely out and one he knew what was wrong he explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be done. He gave me the companies price which was good and fair and he measured everything and gave me a copy of the receipt and told me he would order my window glass insert and bring it back for insertion. He also mentioned that they could accomodate me and fix the other windows I needed done whenever I was ready. I have been very pleased with this company thus far.
