job was to weld the railings together, install them and to paint them. price was reasonable. welding job was not very impressive. welding was uneven and with large blobs. after work was done, i discovered large burn marks on the deck (composite). looks like the deck was not covered properly. my requests to address this issue were left un-answered. previous reviewer was right about barely adequate level of job.
