He did an excellent job, provided exactly what Mom needed, was courteous, prompt and professional. He charged a reasonable rate and cleaned up when he was done. Altogether a very satisfactory experience.

Bob was very responsive, calling me within minutes of my on-line inquiry. My job was not an emergency, but a pre-emptive replacement of an old hot water tank. Bob provided very competitive pricing and was flexible with my schedule. A few minor bumps did occur - the supplier's price for the tank went up and we had to negotiate a new price for the work, which was still competitive (the orginal price was a good bit lower than the competitors - but based on an old price for the tank). Did have a problem with the circulating pump install, and Bob's assistant showed up at my house on a Sat night at 7PM and fixed it. Overall OK experience.
