Jack & his crew removed and replaced a small deck/porch for us. They also removed and replaced a crawl space door. We are very happy with the job that was performed. The follow up on a small detail after the job was paid for was attended to promptly and to our satisfaction. As with any construction company it is a good idea to be present when the job is started to make sure everyone is on the same page.

Excellent follow-up on request for quote, prompt professional team, exceeded my high expectations for a very reasonable price. 800 sq ft Strand Bamboo flooring install and trim. Jack worked with me to reduce costs by allowing me to do the prep work and buy materials. The team of four guys completed the floor and trim in 9 hours including clean-up. I highly recommend Capital Construction-Jack Lansing and will be working with them again on large and smaller projects.
