On time and did the work quickly -- cleaning up after himself. The job turned out to be far more extensive than we thought (lots of rot after the threshold was removed). So we're having him come back later and replace the whole door. Highly recommend.

Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 55105
Overall, pretty good. Their bid was middle of the range and they did give a bit (5%) off of their original bid. The materials were delivered to the front lawn the day before (without prepayment) and tear off and installation was done on one Saturday. The job itself seems to be done well, tho annoyingly none of the workers spoke English. Clean up was also good. The only reason I withhold a star is that it took them quite a bit longer to get to the job than initially estimated. It's true that some of that was weather related, but I had to call them repeatedly for updates. Payment was only required after the job was done.

Repair or Partially Replace Wood or Fiber-Cement Siding in 55082
Once the work got started they were there every day and worked hard. The job looks very professional and they cleaned up the jobsite nicely.
The scheduling was not very accurate but I wasn't in a huge rush so it worked out O.K.
They had the lowest bid price but included all of the services the other contractors offered.
Overall, I am very happy with Bear Roofing & Exteriors, the just finished today!!
