Hopefully I will have another evaluation form to rate this company after the work is completed which will be after the first of the year, however, Eric Lindsay presented himself in a very professional manner and am very pleased with first impressions. Regarding recommending this company I marked yes but it is really to soon to recommend to friends since the work isn't completed. Like I said above, Eric represented the company well.

I thought that Brent was the most prepared of the contractors referred to me by Service Magic. He wrote up a bid on the spot, had a demo window to show me, and before and after pictures of other projects. Turns out A/R replaced the windows on my neighbor's house a couple of years earlier.
The installer showed up right on time (even a little early) and was very personable and friendly. I was happy with the installation and the way the windows look. My wife went to see how the work was going, and the installer stopped and took the time to give her a little tutorial on the windows. A/R has my recommendation.
