I had windows replaced on the main level and a new bay window installed. Workers were always on time, professional, cleaned up as they went along, personable, and were perfectionists. They noted if a new window wasn't operating quite right and they fixed it, or they reported it as something that needed to be replaced, e.g. when one of the screens was bent. The only advice I'd give is to be sure to ask whether the homeowner will need to do any finishing work, e.g. staining/painting inside or out; ask whether you can have these pieces to stain in advance and it will make it much easier for you.

Install or Replace Wood or Fiber-Cement Siding in 55417
They were friendly and did a good job. Did a nice job of cleaning up too. But the salesman told me that the company that made my siding on the house went out of business which I found out later was untrue. That was a negative to me.
