All and all the project went well; however, the payment became and issue. I let Sam know up front how the insurance and mortgage company controled the payment and had him listed as someone that could call to get information as to the status of the distribution of funds. I was getting repeated phone calls from him about the money until I finaly had to put my foot down to get him to stop calling. His installers did a good job and I am happy with how it came out. Outside of the calling for money issues, Sam was available for comments and questions and worked to service the cleint.

Repair or Replace Section of Galvanized Gutters in 80129
The job was a small one but they came in on budget and time. The repair hasn't been tested since the weather has been fantastic but I am confident that we have solved the icy stair problem.
