Pleasant. High price but willingly did some extra work without extra cost. Fast; showed up with two helpers. Have to wait and see if my problems were corrected.

Overall work seems satisfactory -- tho they tried to cut corners, like applying stucco without steel mesh or anchoring material. (That's not acceptable here in the northeast where freezing would shortly undermine the stucco.)
Stone mason used was very competent
This homeowner had to supply electric extension cords and powerwasher to contractor and his men.-Why?

Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 11412
I wish I could have rated Expeditor, Inc with 4 and 1/2 stars. His work is great. He was polite and accommodating and the fees were reasonable. But it is immpossible to get this man (Dennis Morales) on the phone once you have hired him.. He will tell you which number to call him at and promises to answer. But he does not answer or return phone calls. You simply have to trust that work is progressing as scheduled. Oh, well. Nobody's perfect.
