I hired Mr. Swann to install gas appliances. He was quick to respond, did an excellent job, despite really old fittings. Didn't overcharge. I did, in fact, leave his name and number with the new owner of the house. I also later hired him for some landscaping work.

Mr. Swann called me and I told him that I wanted him to remove some unwanted materials from the crawl space beneath my house. We set up an appointment and he arrived at the stated time and after assessing the nature of the job quoted me a reasonable price and he was hired for the job. I was satisfiied with the job and his demeanor. I plan to use him again.
