Overall they did a great job. Very professional and friendly. Took good care of my home while they worked.
There was difficulty with getting the paint I chose, to cover the walls and took more coats than agreed upon with the initial contract. I wish that Jim had discussed other alternatives with me before the job ended up costing me more than was originally agreed upon. When I was told that he would take care of the problem we should have also talked about how much more taking care of the problem would cost me. The job cost me $500 more than originally agreed.
