Steve came out and spent some time going over the project and telling me what he would do. He proceeded to go to his car (office on wheels) and produced an estimate of the project step by step. He also had a brochure of his company. I agreed on the estimate and he produced a contract. Since I live in North Carolina I gave him the keys to the house and he said he would keep in touch and keep me updated on the progress. Every couple of days I received pictures on my cell phone showing what he did and had completed. He didn't ask for money up front just when he completed a step of the project. He was a pleasure to work with. Very professional.
