Someone visited the property within days and communicated to me about details, asking questions as needed. Then they e-mailed me a complete proposal with pertinent information. The work was scheduled and performed extremely well. There was also good communication between myself and the project manager on details and adjustments as the project was completed, which was helpful. We felt that Bartlett did not "over sell" the job and made careful recommendations that were realistic, leaving the final decisions up to us as owners. We would hire them again and also recommend them.
