Jason (office) was VERY responsive and great to work with. Dale (estimator), was cordial, professional and patient with my parents--they loved him. Price/value was the best of 3 estimates--custom fence turned out beautiful. The 3 guys worked thru the day but had to rush at the end since it was gettting dark. The only negative was that they didn't use protective canvas and didn't do the best job of clean-up before they left (it was a bit dark) so I had to help my 80/90 yr old parents clean up the next day (get the concrete & debris off the grass, scrape the excess concrete off the sidewalk, sweep)
