Very professional and easy to deal with. The final price was over the original estimate, but only because a tree and bushes needed to be removed and they were unable to determine the extent of the rot under the shingles in advance. It was still within the ball park. I am very pleased and will be considering them again for upcoming projects. I am really very happy with the Service Magic website also. Reassuring not to be hiring an unknown.

Victor came out to assess project within 24 hr. He provided a detailed description of how he would fix the problem, he explained the relevant caveats and he gave an accurate estimated cost. He returned and completed the work in a timely manner (within 48 hr), using top materials and went extra mile to make sure he did quality work. Provided a full written warranty (2 yr labor, 30 yr materials) and left the site clean and clear of all materials/debris. He's not only an experienced contractor, but he's polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend him.
