He did the work as promised for the price quoted, and even when I requested additional work after he had started the job, he didn't take advantage and agreed to additional work at a very reasonable price. John was always quick to respond to my emails or calls, and he was onsite regularly working or inspecting his teams work. John and his team were a pleasure to work with and I am very happy with the results. I plan to hire John for future work and would definitely recommend him to others.

Perservering through days of rain delays; always pleasant; daily clean up, results are more than I hoped - deck is solid and tastefully composed. Did what he promised or talked about slight chances. I would definitely recommend John Feroli.

John Feroli kept his word that his price would not go up and it didn't. He and his staff did a good job reconstructing the soffit area of our building. Permitting made the job take a lot longer than it was promised but it all worked out in the end. John is very committed to his work.
