We spent a lot of time trying to identify a contractor who was going to do a thorough job for a reasonable price. Mike was head and shoulders above the other contractors we spoke with, and we have been absolutely delighted with him!!! His costs and price estimates were transparent and reasonable, he listened to us, and respected our opinions while providing advice of his own (when we needed it). The work itself is flawless, and despite encountering some challenges (dealing with our homeowners association, or working with the city to get permits) Mike managed to keep the project on budget and on time. We were/are delighted with his work.
