Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch in 95252
Towards the end of the job..Mr Rice was in a hurry, and I did notbelieve he spend enough time on the part of the deck that had to be power washed and stained. I will have to purchase stain and redo that deck when the weather permits...He was to replace the supporting poles on the front porch, hecut the poles and reinforced them with metal clamps and cement on the bottom, but did not replace them...He told me that it would be OK,..I just wonder if and when I sell the house if it will pass inspection...Mr. Rice WAS polite and prompt. Thank you
