Tim and his team offered a fair price and helped guide us to choose what we really needed for our project and steered us away from unnecessary expenditures. The work done was on time, as agreed upon and the site left clean and neat. The only exception was that when we left the cottage we turned off the water pump (our tap water is drawn from the lake-water) the crew figured out how to turn the pump back on but turned off the Main breaked to turn it back off. This also turned off the power to the "fridge", causing spoilage to items in the freezer and "refer". Over all we are very pleased with Step Above Home Improvement.

Trim or Remove Trees in 03109

On-time, very persistent on difficult tree. Follows through and fixes and minor damage that was done. However, they are not prepared to handle taking down a very large tree. They have no way to genltly lower the large pieces.
