Costas and his team were very professional with above and beyond performance. Finally I am very pleased to find someone whose work is trusted and done the right way. Not only he delivers what he promises in his estimate for the job, but he also provides extra service and assistance for anything that requires further attention, and not charge for it. It is very hard to come across with someone who would be as honest as Costas and professional. Once again thanks for all your help for our project.

Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring in 03038

Pros:

1)Very easy to work with the guys.
2)Returned phone calls in a timely manner.
3)They were able to adapt and work with contractors performing other tasks on the property.
4)Jill (the painter) did an excellent job.

Cons:
1)Estimate had a line item for delivery of dumpster which was not delivered but we were still charged for it.
2)Estimate called for pre finished white oak but red oak was used. We were okay with this but the point is, what was specified in the original estimate was not what was used.
3)Quality of work was not superb. A flooring contractor would have been better.
