Good to work with, competent on framing, timely, but some details were poorly done. I spent time and money redoing some things. My recommendation to others would be to go over plans carefully with the builder and limit work to framing, window & door installation, and similar things, no exposed carpentry. Good initial bid price; high on some add-ons.
