Build an Addition in 95117

The contractor Amer Kashfia had given us very competitive price. We were able to use his contractor discount to buy materials in many instances. Worked as a team to complete the complete renovation project within 3 1/2 months. The project description: Added 1008 SQFT (original 925 sqft). Now is 1933 sqft. Whole house was demolished. Whole house pluming and electrical in compliance with the city code. Original house had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Demolished the old bath and added two bedrooms, a family room and made two bathrooms in the new area. Custom kitchen and bathrooms. Three and a half months completion saved me some rent money.
