I was VERY pleased with the older woman who came to clean my home, however I was not happy with the younger girl. The kitchen was done beautifully. I had asked that the floor boards, cieling fans, door frames, bathrooms and hard floors be the primary focus. The 1 bathroom was done well and the kitchen however, the one girl that did the downstairs did not do a good job. That last 20 minutes of time that I paid for was spent with the older women redoing the downstairs that the other woman stated that she had alread done. That was 20 minutes of time that I should not have been charged for. Unfortunately I will not use this company again.

Crossover Janitorial Services did a good job cleaning our house after some construction was done. They were prompt, professional, and courteous.

Crew arrived early and worked hard to finish the task at hand. Oven could have been a bit cleaner and the floors in the kitchen looked dingy a day later. However, all the corners, high and low, and floors that were not mopped, looked great.
