Owner was late for initial overview of my home, but seemed to do a pretty good review of what services I needed. I was told that she would send a team of two cleaning people, but only one came (a half hour late). There was a bit of a language barrier, but she did a wondeful job of cleaning - missed a couple of things, but I plan on leaving a note for her the next time she comes. Prices are much more reasonable than the last company I had used, much better job, too! I'm waiting to reserve judgment until after they've come several times!
