Maria cleaned one of my rental properties. Her original phone estimate was 2 hours, however when she arrived at the property she revised it to 3 hours. The cleaning was absolutely top-notch, and much more thorough than expected.
I asked Maria if she wanted more money since the job took longer, however she was willing to stick by her original quote. I don't remember when I've come across someone in business with that kind of integrity.
Maria did an incredible job for a very fair price. I have several rental properties and will hire her for all my cleaning needs.
