Overall, the cleaning service was good, but there were some negatives. They were late arriving and it took longer for them to clean than they apparently expected (could it have been the jammed vaccum that one of the cleaning ladies was fussing about while cleaning). At any rate, I received a call after several hours of working in my home to alert me that Star 1 would require an additional $40 to complete the job or they would stop where they were. Also, an item in my home was broken (candlestick) and although the owner was alerted to this, to date, she has not made any effort to replace or pay the for the cost of the damage.
