We hired them to do a comprehensive deep cleaning of the entire house before we moved in. Erika and her colleague did a fantastic and thorough job!! A coupe of areas were neglected but I'm certain that was merely an innocent oversight. The job was an absolutely daunting task considering how awfully dirty the house looked before they came. Thanks to the Natural Maids service, we were able to move into the house and enjoy a nice, clean environment! Not only are we starting a monthly maintenance cleaning contract with these folks, I can also unreservedly recommend them to anyone that has interest.

I am sad to say the house needed indepth cleaning and Erica faced the challange. I am very satisfied with her work. It is a pleasure to come home to a sparkling dust free home. I especially am pleased with her detail work. It makes all the difference. I would recommend her to friends in the future.

Overall I was pleased. The one thing I was not pleased with was the Kitchen/foyer/hallway floor. The floor is a glossy porcelain floor. When washed, it must be dried. When I walked into the house and looked down at the floor, it was all streaked. It looked terrible. I had to wash it again myself. Other than the floor, I was pleased with the rest of the house.
