Ashley Smith came out first to look at what I wanted done. She completed the 1st part of the job on Thursday in about the amount time I had estimated. She is returning this next Thursday to do the deep clean.
I have also recommended Mermaids Cleaning Company to the property manager of the company I work for. She said it would probably be fall when she makes contacts with new companies to bid.
I need to contact Mr Latham about scheduling the exterior power washing.
