They did a very nice job at my house. The people that were sent, it was evident that they took pride in their work and wanted to do a good job. I really liked that it was a flat fee charge and not by the hour. My house took longer than was expected, but they took the needed time and I paid only what I was quoted. They even did a few extra things that I didn't expect - it made my day! I had an issue with my bill (higher than quoted), I let them know and it was correct right away, with their apology. I will use this service again and would recommend it.

Cindy, the owner, was very easy to deal with. I liked her immediately, and felt very comfortable with her.This was my first cleaning with this service. I wasn't able to be home to meet the person who did the cleaning, so I was so happy that they met my expectations when I arrived home!
The house smelled wonderful! The floors have always been my "sore point" with other services, because they never looked like they'd even been touched. This time, the floors were shining! The whole house was done absolutely to my satisfaction, and I just hope that every time will be as terrific as the first time! I would absolutely recommend Complete Touch
