Very personable, seems very concerned about her staff "cheating" on her by cleaning on the side, she or her staff had difficulty getting directions straight / relaying correct address.

My home was very clean and smelled great. I only have one negative comment. The maid broke the shades and didn't bother to leave a note. I had to find out they were broken on my own.

The owner was prompt to respond to my inquiry. Within three days she had come out to look at my house, set up a time to clean and what I believe is a reasonable price. I have only had one cleaning so far and the house looked great. Any time I have called the owner she has called me back.
