The 2 ladies that came to the house were veryarrived on time, perfessional, curtious, new there job. Took there time to make sure the cleaning was done properly, did not hurry through. There was a couple of things they forgot, but will make up on the next visit. The people at main office Merry Maids, were very helpful in taking infomation about the cleaning experience. I just hope that the next visit will be as good as the first.

I haven't really begun the service yet, but I was very pleased with the person who first contacted me by phone and then the person who came to my house. Both were very professional and pleasant and listened to the explanation of my needs and expectations. I am scheduled to begin monthly cleaning service on 01/18/10.
