Margaret was pretty much on time, pleasant and courteous. There was a bit of a misunderstanding as to how I wanted the house cleaned. I wanted to make sure the bathrooms and kitchen were especially clean and I think Margaret thought I meant I only wanted those rooms cleaned. She spent a lot of time on them, which I appreciated. She stayed an extra hour, dusted, vacuumed and did the floors. The house was clean when she left. Next time, I will ask that she not use as many spray cleaning products...not good for us or the environment.

We've used Ms. Saviro before for our biweekly cleaning services... I think she's really good and I haven't found anyone better. That's why we've asked her to do our house again.
