Lisa is very nice and her pries fair. However, she uses harsh products like bleach and ammonia, so if you're invested in green cleaning and not using chemicals in your home, you might want to have a chat about this with her first.

She didn't show up on time, and was alone. My home required more than one hand for the first time. Some of the work scheduled for the day was not done because I realized that the lady was tired.

Overall very good. I forgot to mention some specifics, like using the lint remover on the couch and cleaning the window sills. I'm sure if I would have asked, she would have done it. I also asked her to use my green cleaning products but I do not believe she did. I will specify again for next time.
