A RETRACTION:
I recently wrote an unfavorable review for KASA cleaning service . Since the writing of that review, I have spoken with Kathryn as well as my son whose house was cleaned by her service. I made the arrangements by phone for them to meet. There apparently was a misunderstanding between them regarding not only the cost of the service, but the amount of time required to complete the job. My son thought that there would a reduction in price because it took much less time than originally estimated, and herein lays the misunderstanding. In reality, the job was well done and the cost was the amount originally quoted.
