Wired the HDTV from two different rooms. Was friendly and helpful and explained what work was necessary and made calls to a wiring company to inquire about extending the line 50 feet. Got the job done promptly and did not make a mess although the job was somewhat complicated.

The short story: Robert was always on time, and always let me know if anything was going to change with the schedule. The finished product was great.
The long story: If you want an accurate estimate, be sure he comes to actually look at what you want done; don't rely on a quote given by phone. Also, you may want to confirm that Robert will be there to supervise the entire job. The job wasn't done quite right at first, but as soon as I told him I wasn't happy, he came over the next morning and made it perfect.
