When it turned out that we did not have a part that was required for the job, he went to Home Depot to get it. I would call him again for future electric needs.

Fast, friendly and willing to return at no charge when the problem that they fixed returned. Quickly made the second repair. Very professional and very nice. As it was a "service" call, there was a pre-set minimum charge, which while not over-priced for making the call, it did end up being a bit high for the small-ish problem we had to fix. However, minimum service charges are the norm these days, so make sure you get an idea about that before you jump in.

this time the experience was great. Brandon knew what he was doing and finished the job quickly. He was friendly and courteous. I dealt with Now a year ago and, while friendly, he could not solve my electrical problem while he was here and it cost me $200.00 anyway. Maybe if I was willing to pay thousands he could have eventually solved my problem.
