Because I have had such good luck with Servicemagic, I thought I would go with their choices again. Dicks Heating and Air customer service was very nice to deal with right from the beginning. They were able to schedule accordingly for my busy schedule (not theirs). This is a real plus in my book. The names of the two individuals that came out from the company were Greg, and Vince. Both did an excellent job, and are well trained; very professional, and experienced as well. I would like to further single out Greg as a very adept and well seasoned technician. Though the original furnace issue is still a mistery, excess ignitor noise, I felt the contractor did their best to try and locate the problem.
