I got a response and estimate the same day. They charged 50% less than our local service charged. I was surprised when I heard they were based out of town. They called ahead of time to let me know they were coming. They arrived on time, were professional, courteous, very clean and completed the job in a timely manner. It was a refreshing association and I strongly recommend using WP Lightning Rods. William Burden, the owner, is a man of his word.

They were prompt and courteous. No waiting around for contractor to get started or partially finished job. Provided attractive lightning rod system and do automatic 3 year checks on the system. As an aside they were able to comment on the cedar shake roof condition while up there-a very frightening job up three stories in the air.

I had 2 small jobs in progress--running a new hall outlet from an existing bedroom outlet on the other side of the wall, and installing a dimmer in the kitchen (bulbs for hanging fixture were constantly blowing out). Mike came over, was early, and in less than 1 hour had finished both jobs and identified 2 problems--that I need 2 circuit breakers replaced, and that the hanging fixture sockets had been ruined by the bulbs I was using. He explained all of this patiently, and suggested where I could replace the sockets. His pricing was extremely good. I will use him again, and I would recommend Orlando Electric to anyone.
