He showed up on time and charged in accordance with his estimate. He followed up as promised and did a good job. The only problem I had was that he didn't estimate some additional work I wanted him to do and those charges were high. Overall, I would recommend him but would advise that you insist on an estimate BEFORE the work begins.

I wanted a new outlet installed. Mr. Matos responded within an hour of my going online, which pleased me. He gave me the options on installing, and I chose one. He was friendly, accomplished the work quickly, and was extremely professional. He also checked out my doorbell which is not working, and found the problem. The electricity is fine, the doorbell unit itself is not working. I realized I can replace that unit myself, and he showed me what I would need to do. All in all he was wonderful and I would definitely recommend him.
