David was the first to respond to my project, was very friendly, and did an excellent job. He didn't try to talk me into anything other than what I'd asked for. He also finished 5 projects in about 2 hours!

Frey Electric answered my request within an hour of my filing it online. He appeared Saturday morning on time. He fixed a faulty flourescent fixture in a very difficult-to-get-at location over the sink, and a second one on the basement steps, ballast added in both cases. I was very happy with his work. Unfortunately, after he left I noticed there was now a hum in the kitchen fluorescent fixture that hadn't been there before. Two days later one of the two fluorescent bulbs failed. So I now must buy another bulb, try to install it myself, and if it doesn't light up, Frey said he would return. So, great service, but not a great result.
