Wilcox contacted me by phone less than five minutes after I submitted my request. Their field reps called me to tell me when they would be arriving so I could meet them at my home. They were efficient with their work and educated me on my system while they were there. All of my questions were answered and service needs completed! I would recommend them to anyone that needs sprinkler winterization or maintenance, and I plan to use them again.

Wilcox Brothers did an excellent job. They arrived on time, performed the winterization of my irrigation system. If they disassemble your back-flow preventer valve, ask that they place it in your garage and not under the valve cover box. Doing so will not give the opportunity for someone to walk off with it since we are in a time of high copper theft.
