Jim called the day after I submitted my request to Service Magic and Chuck, Andrew and Ryan created an 8'x11' pond in my backyard in just 2 days after that. Each gentleman took the time to answer any questions I had and they were thorough with explanations. Their work is excellent and they were considerate of the property.
