Called shortly after I submitted my request to ServiceMagic, and we scheduled the appointment for a end-of-season sprinkler system blow out. Rich was on-time and had everything he needed to get the job done. During the visit, he observed that there was an issue with the system. Rich made time to come back later the same day, isolated the root cause, and resolved the issue. Price was good, Rich is knowledgeable and competent. Very impressed.
