Casey, the tech, listened to the issues that I was having with my system, then set about looking into the cause(s). He tested the system since the controller's timer seemed to be having problems and found that it was Program A and Program B had settings, so it was a matter of clearing one of the programs. He also noted that the length of time for certain areas were too long helping our my weed population in those areas.
My rain sensor, which hadn't been functional since the 2004 hurricanes, was also found to be a simple issue of a setting on the rain gauge itself had been changed by branches that fell against it during the hurricanes.
